Virtual sessions begin with a 10–15 minute check-in, after which you are invited to rest — no screen or phone time required — allowing the body and nervous system to drift into a calmer state while the energy work continues.

While virtual sessions are effective, in-person work is always deeper and more powerful, especially when combined with energetic fascia bodywork.
