Option 1:
We agree on a time (usually outside studio hours). We can do Zoom or FaceTime — whichever feels best. You grab a blanket, an eye pillow, and lie down wherever you feel most comfortable.
If you prefer no video, we can start with a short call to get you set up, hang up, and I do my thing.
Option 2:
You live your life — run errands, rest, work — and I send the energy your way at the agreed time.
You can be anywhere in the world. Energy doesn’t need proximity.
